No signup, ever
Every tool works the moment you open it. We don't gate features behind an account.
Private by default
Wherever technically possible, processing happens in your browser using native Web APIs — your files and text are never uploaded.
No dark patterns
No fake countdown timers, no upsell modals blocking the tool, no forced newsletter popups.
Built to be accurate
Every calculator shows its formula. Every converter uses standard, documented conversion factors — not black-box numbers.
A note on accuracy
Finance calculators on this site are for planning and educational purposes — they are not financial advice. Formulas and assumptions are documented on each calculator's page so you can verify the math yourself.
When a tool processes files or text entirely in your browser, we say so explicitly on that tool's page. When a feature genuinely requires server-side processing to work reliably, we mark it as such rather than pretend otherwise.
We use privacy-respecting usage analytics (Firebase / Google Analytics) to see which tools get used and where people get stuck. It records page views and anonymous interaction counts — never the contents of your files, text or searches. It honours your browser's “Do Not Track” setting, and you can turn it off for this site by running localStorage.setItem('uh:analytics','off') in your browser console.
