Overview

Generates hreflang <link> tags that tell search engines which language/region version of a page to show, for sites with multiple localized versions of the same content.

How to use it

  1. 1Add a row per language version with its language code and URL.
  2. 2Check "Include x-default" and set a fallback URL if you want one.
  3. 3Copy the generated tags into every version's <head>.

Tips

  • Every localized page should list hreflang tags for ALL versions including itself — a common mistake is only linking to the others.
