Steps
- Add your JPG/PNG images to Image to PDF, put them in order, and download the image PDF.
- Open Merge PDF and add both your original PDF and the new image PDF.
- Drag them into the order you want (images before or after the document), then merge.
- If the combined file is large, run it through Compress PDF.
