Overview
Draw where each field should go on the page and pick a field type — text, checkbox, dropdown or radio button. The download is a PDF with genuine AcroForm fields — it's fillable in Acrobat, Preview, Chrome and any other standard PDF viewer, and the entered values can be saved.
